[MA] Problems with system notifications

Mobile Accessibility is working just fine. However, I somehow managed 
to 
disable the speech when I press the power key so that I can turn off or 
restart the phone. I know you have to get into the phone app, but it stops 
speaking once I'm there. Any ideas?
