[MA] Downloading my first app

I have the Samsung Galaxy Relay and would like to download Iheart Radio. 
The only thing I know is that you have to go to the Google play store and 
search for Iheart radio. Do I have to do this through my phone or can I 
log onto my account with my computer and install it to my phone that way? 
Any and all advice is appreciated.
