Yes to both. When you go into the google play app, just start typing
what you want and press enter, assuming you are typing on a keyboard.
Then arrow down to apps and press enter
TuneIn Radio will play about every radio station in the US along with
scanner radio from police, fire and other sources, also weather radio too.
