If you successfully launch talkback by drawing the rectangle at the setup 
screenthen everything should be activated. Just follow the tutorial that 
follows after it is initialized. If you cant get the jesture to start speech or 
you are pass the setup screen then you will need assistance to turn it on under 
accessibility. Make sure to activate explore by touch along with talkback.
