Should the setup screen be there when I turn on the phone?

Thanks.

If you successfully launch talkback by drawing the rectangle at the setup
screenthen everything should be activated. Just follow the tutorial that
follows after it is initialized. If you cant get the jesture to start speech or
you are pass the setup screen then you will need assistance to turn it on under
accessibility. Make sure to activate explore by touch along with talkback.

I have purchased the Galaxy S III from Sprint. Is it possible to get the phone
running without assistance? I’ve read about the rectangle, but could someone
review that and what else I need to do to get the phone going? If I can’t do
it myself I will go to the Sprint store tomorrow.

Thanks.

Hi,

Try checking the option to use system under Ma settings.

I checked the accessibility option, and Talkback is off. It's really
weird.
