Hi, I'm wondering how you choose from a menu when you're on a call? For example, several department stores have an automated menu telling you to press 1 for women, 2 for kids, 3 for housewares, and so on. My question, is how do you do that when you're on a call with a touch screen phone that also has a qwerty keyboard with a number row on it if you press the alt key to make the top row numbers.
