Hi, When you go to aps, then settings, then accessibility, do you choose AT&T Mobile Accessibility or do you choose something to set MA as a screen reader? What if the only option you see when you click on AT&T accessibility is to either turn it on or off and it mentions nothing about making it a screen reader, what do you do?
