[MA] browser crashing

Hi i have the original ma where he browser is part of the suite of 
apps. I was trying to use the browser this morning and it it is  
crashing now. i can't even bring up the ma site it just acts like it's 
loading then  kicks me out and saysb  welcome to mobile accessibility 
after a few seconds. What do i do about this? i have rebootehd my phone 
several times today. and that isn't helping and, why haven't there been 
any new updates to the browser and email app recently
