What network you are using?
When you get this error message, what is the strength of the network /
Network signal?
Secondly, is this happening every time or just once in a while? and lastly,
are you able to send SMS of less than 100 characters?

Yes, I first got the message about the number of characters and it
will be sent in a couple of SMS, and I pressed ok. But then I got the
message saying this message could not be sent. Perhaps one of the
numbers was wrong or something. But then a couple of strange things.
Firstly I got a reply from one of the people so the message must have
been sent. Secondly, even though the message was sent, my message
doesn't appear in the list of conversations - just their reply is
there but not my original message like normal.
