Again, this is something that may be device specific for you particularly.
I have no problem using mp3 ringtones from within MA.

Hi Chris.
I can use mp3s as ringtones as well but not with in mobile accessibility
settings. I have to go to apps settings sounds and choose it from there.
With mobile accessibility only the phone ringtones are available.
