I'll let you know how the HTC1 goes for me when I get it. Georgie Phone for
speech is great and Android users do have choice for speech packages.
IPhone is so expensive because of the Voice Over probably. Georgie Phone is
a one-time price for the product. However it is great. Here's the contact
infor for Denise and Alan Kemp, who can get you fixed up and will give you a
14-day trial and will work with you if need be....

Subject: Re: [MA] Phones with a physical keyboard

I, too, would buy an IPhone Q if it were ever a reality. I also believe
there would be enough sighted people that would do the same, making it
worthwhile to produce. I heard Steve Jobs was against making any device with
keys, so I think this is wishful thinking on our parts. It would be nice if
one manufacturer would produce a high-end phone with a physical keyboard.
Mid-range phones are fine for now, but may not have physical keyboards in
the future either. I'm glad I bought my phone when it first came out to get
as much out of it as I possibly can. My contract runs out in October 2014,
so it'll be interesting to see the state of smartphones at that point.
