This is likely my fault. I switched from ipython-0.12 to ipython-0.12.1, and it is failing trying to get the dependency. ipython-0.12.1 is the version that is installed by 'apt-get install ipython' so potentially we just need to run that on the Jenkins machine. Alternatively, we need to put the ipython-0.12.1 tarball into the appropriate download cache. Available here: http://archive.ipython.org/release/0.12.1/ (Note that my motivation for doing this is because pypi thinks the packages are at ipython.scypi.org which generally times out for me.)
