This is likely my fault. I switched from ipython-0.12 to
ipython-0.12.1, and it is failing trying to get the dependency.
ipython-0.12.1 is the version that is installed by 'apt-get install
ipython' so potentially we just need to run that on the Jenkins machine.
That was the problem indeed. I've installed ipython on the Jenkins box
and it fixed the build.
