Greetings. Thanks so much to the many thousands of signers. Please keep sending
petition out far and wide: the petition drive has been extended. Below is
information that can be sent to others, too, to recognize the work of dharma
translators, notably a merit-worthy group of more than 50 at a conference
happening this week --which is envisioning 100 years worth of Mahayana
translations. .. clear, serious goals to help the dharma in places it's
imperiled. Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche's Khyentse Foundation is the event
sponsor.

Greetings. A translators' conference featuring over 50 senior-most Buddhist
translators is taking place now in India. A petition drive that has now
surpassed goal of 10,000 signatures is helping show the importance of Buddhist
translation. The Translating the Words of the Buddha Conference features
translators of the highest repute.
