Hi John and Zack, thanks for both your answers. 
If VO is already talking when sounds are heard then I guess that's cool. My 
only problem and I hope that someone can explain when it is done is to do with 
loading webpages. 

Basically I have VO announce the page loading process. So for example VO will 
say "76.9" then "86.2". those are just random figures. Well when VO stops 
announcing them, I don't really know when the page is fully loaded. I also have 
the web summary checked check box checked so VO tells me how many headings and 
links etc to my liking announced as well. This is fine but now and then I don't 
get this so if the percentages and the headings links don't get announced when 
loading a page if there any command one can use to check to see if the page is 
still loading or fully loaded. 
Its probably an obvious answer when one says it but I'd like to know anyway 
despite that.
