I primarily use Webkit, which is essentially Safari that gets updated nightly.
This means you get some cutting edge fixes and bleeding-edge bugs. It's
available at:
www.webkit.org.

I sometimes use Google Chrome, available at:
https://www.google.com/chrome/index.html?hl=en&brand=CHMA&utm_campaign=en&utm_source=en-ha-na-us-bk&utm_medium=ha&installdataindex=homepagepromo

There is also a screen-reading extension called "ChromeVox" available for
Chrome. It works independently of VO inside the Chrome browser. It is still
early indevelopment so YMMV. You can get it here:
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/kgejglhpjiefppelpmljglcjbhoiplfn

As Mike mentioned, Mozilla does seem to be moving forward on a VO accessible
version of Firefox. Hooray! Some details can be found at Marco's Accessibility
Blog at:
http://www.marcozehe.de/2012/01/17/accessible-firefox-on-mac-os-x-things-are-ramping-up/

As I understand things, Safari, Webkit & Chrome are all built from the same
code base. Firefox is not and would thus be the first true alternative
accessible browser available for OS X. Let's hope it really happens!
