Turning quick nav on/off is not helping me, at all. Even unpairing and re-pairing does not help. Only rebooting the phone helps. Definitely not a keyboard problem, as it happens with both of my BT keyboards, Apple and Amazon basic. I don't know what triggers it, as sometimes it starts when the keyboard is first turned on, sometimes after it has been connected but not used for several hours, and, most annoyingly, in the middle of writing.
This problem was intermittent under 8.2, but happens several times a day, under 8.3. I hate inconsistent problems! Some of us have it, and others don't.
