Actually, I'm a little puzzled. Is there really any advantage to
using dropbox for this as opposed to say a normal hosting account
with ftp access? It sounds to me like all this app does is put your
file on the dropbox server, so you can retrieve it elsewhere. If
you're using dropbox, I suppose that's all well and good, but I don't
see any advantage in this, since I can do exactly the same thing with
any ftp/web account with file upload capabilities.
Other than the ability to pick up the files elsewhere, is there
really any other reason to use dropbox instead of say mac-access.net,
or any other web host with upload abilities? I'm not trying to rain
on anyone's parade, I'm honestly curious, that's all.
