Hi Again Folks:

It seems that I have resolved my problem. When I purchased my apps, I already had demos of the apps on my computer. I guess that they wern't replaced by my purchasing them from the store.

When I deleted them from the applications list, I was able to install them from the app store and all appears to be well. Quite a hastle I'd say.

Cheers.

Subject: Update problems.

Hi Folks:

It would seem that I have a major problem here. I am not able to update any of my apps that I've purchased. I can see the purchased date on my computer but when I try and update the programs, I am told that I have updates for another account and that I should sign in with that account.

The problem is that I don't know of any other account and, as I said, I do actually have the programs on my computer so I obviously was aloud to purchase and download them with no problem.

If anyone can help me with this, I would appreciate it all over the place.

Thanks.

The triune God created human kind to participate, through the Holy Spirit, in the incarnate Son's communion with the Father.
