Howdy, No. You cann only download Lion from the Mac App Store, which means From a machine running Mac OS 10.66 (which is Snow Leopard). So on a Leopard machine, it is best to upgrade to Snow Leopard first which has the Mac App Store. On a Windows Machine, this is certainly not possible coz the Mac App Store is not available on that platform yet. Otherwise, you can wait for the next month when Lion will be shipped on flash drive for US $70 and do a clean install.
