Hello everybody A couple of things here. Firstly please be a little patient with me at the moment if you're awaiting support requests. I know it must be frustrating at times; but there's no need to become abusive, as one member has just done. Gordon is in hospital overnight again and I have been somewhat distracted over the last 18 hours or so. Hence the lack of support; I apologise for any inconvenience.
Those of you waiting to buy books, please don't give up on me; I am doing my best, under difficult circumstances. Your requests are important to us, and I will do as much as I can but be mindful that I'm working under difficult circumstances just at this moment. Hopefully things will be easier later today; but the member who took it upon himself to become abusive will not be included. I'm sick of being the victim of abuse just because spoiled brats can't have their own way! Those of you who have been reasonable with me will be given the best service possible under the current circumstances. But I have one further request. Please write the requests using the address you wish to use for your requests. The reasons for that should be obvious; we need to know it's a genuine and verified address. Usually, in fact, we will request that you use the same address by which you are subscribed to the list; since the offer of these books is only open to list members and by using different addresses, you are technically in breech of the offer terms. So, as of now, i will only be accepting book requests using subscribed addresses, no excuses.
