For me, the busy, busy, means that I will not surf the web on the Mac unless I just want to look at something quick, because moving around among any more than about 3 pages is sure to result in the "busy" problem. I don't have time to waste sitting and listening to endless "busy", so it is back to Windows for serious web surfing until I can find a way to roll back to the old Safari. I guarantee you that the average sighted person would not put up with this, would get a new browser immediately and go on about her business. So I hope everybody experiencing this problem is reporting to apple accessibility.
