Hi Sarah,

Thanks for your kindness!  As it turns out, I took a break for awhile, and 
after dinner, I sat down and tried again, and I was able to find the items I 
needed and make the changes necessary.  And, I'm sure that yesterday, when I 
first set up my iPod, I'm quite sure I didn't press the "apply" button.  You 
can bet I did that today!  LOL!  I'm glad things worked out this way, because I 
know I'll sleep much better now tonight!
