Hello everybody Just a couple of quick reminders that, should you believe you are entitled to a free Take Control title update, please don't hesitate to contact us here at the support address. We always try to update your bookshelves; but it would help us to get it done for you more quickly if you do this.
Also, it's worth pointing out two more things to you. Firstly, the location of the TC bookshelves has changed. You may now find them under the Mac Access Dot Net domain, and the old tft-bbs.co.uk one no longer works. Also, if you ever lose the log-in credentials we send you when you buy books, no problem! We have a mechanism by which you may retrieve your user data. Just log into: <https://files.mac-access.net> and click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link. Then enter either your user ID or your email address to have the credentials re-sent. Please note that you must have access to the email address you used when buying from us in order to do this. If your email has changed it is vitally important that you let us know so that we can update our records. I am currently in the process of trying to update all those bookshelves of people who didn't contact me recently when a bunch of updates were released. But if you want the free updates and you believe that I might have missed yours, please do let us know.
