As far as I know, there is no limit to the number of audio devices
that can be connected.
Once you have them connected, assuming they're all recognized by the
mac as output devices, you can switch between them as often as you
like from system preferences.
If however, you just want to mix the output, and record them all for
a podcast or something, you can try the excellent app called hijack
audio pro, from Rogue amoeba located at:
http://rogueamoeba.com/
They have other software that may be of interest to you as well.
