Hello Geoff

The screws are all different sizes (Philips or Possidrive), you might know them
as. Be very bvery careful because they are extremely small.

Undo the 10 screws, (I suggest you leave the in the cover so as not to mix them
up). Put the cover on a flat surface when you remove it.

Spread the clips on the modules and they should pop up. Lift them out carefully
and insert the new one. Make sure you orientate them correctly.

Greetings all,

Amazon's price beat Crucial, so I ordered 8GB of memory for my 13 inch mid 2010
MBP yesterday. Though I didn't request an expedited shipment it arrived today
(Sunday). Very strange, but as long as it's here I was going to try and
install it.

So I see the ten screw holes on the back. I have a screw driver with about ten
bits (some of which are very small), but so far none of them appear to be
taking hold of the screw. Are the screws in the MBP Philips head type or are
they conventional? Can anyone advise a type of driver that would crack this
beast open? Anyone have one I can borrow :).

TIA for any suggestions and best regards.
Geoff
