Actually I have a disorder in my hands so what I do is do fn and vo with my 
left hand and shift plus arrows with my right like I'm doing now. I can barely 
feel my left hand for typing and this is starting to hurt so if you have any 
questions I'll try and answer them.

Also the quick nab is pretty good for getting some 1 handed things as well for 
those that need it. and for the number commander you can do the right arrow 
plus numbers on the number row if you are on a laptop key.

I'm sure you can modify some of these to work in safari but I just left them as 
the defaults.
