The reason is Dennis that the update isn't an upgrade. The purchase price is 
$49.95 until the end of the year. So there isn't an upgrade as such.

But you know, if you are happy with 3 you're not going to gain a lot by 
upgrading.

It is a little faster, that's true.  But other than that there isn't much 
different.

I haven't tried yet but somebody reckons that Snapshots are not accessible 4.
