Hi Matthew, I am pretty sure I left VO on for that upgrade question and reply. I only turned VO off when I heard the Windows start music. I also noticed that the DMG file contained an app "double click to upgrade from Fusion 3.x". However I did not notice this until after I had opened the VMWare.app.
