Hello Dane yes, we had a broken file which brought down the entire system. It is now fixed by our resident network engineer. :)
As for your printing, can't you just use the iOS itself? I could be wring but I was under the impression that it worked. I'm actually toying with the idea of buying a new all-in-one because I'm sick of the wiring.
