Apparently not, the apps have to be air print compatible apparently according to the Ipad User guide, I've only seen the print function in Mail and even that was hard to find and I've not seen it in any other apps though I'm hoping other list members may perhaps know a bit about this.
As for printing? Well my HP Officejet Pro 8500A Plus handles speeds up to N, also backwards compatible with G and B.
