I there. I seem to be doing something in my mail to rearrange things. FIrst I have multiple mailboxes and my junk mailbox seems to be gone. I use to be able to hit command 1 and it would go to my inbox. Now it goes to my sent folder or mailbox whatever they are called not sure. How do I get it back as before? I'm also not sure how to read attachements ent to me in word? It shows on the screen but I cannot hear what is on the screen. Thanks. Lovette
