Why not just do it from the device as this would be easier!

Subject: Managing apps on the iPhone using iTunes

Hi,

I'm trying to remove some apps from my iPhone and put some back on which are
in iTunes and which I bought some time ago.

With my iPhone plugged into my Mac I've selected the applications
radiobutton and navigated to all the apps stored in iTunes. I think my
problem is the method of selecting I'm using. What I did was put the cursor
on the first app, turned off cursor tracking then went through the list with
VO+down arrow pressing cmd+space on the ones I wanted to select. When done I
turned cursor tracking back on and pressed the sync button. But after that
no apps had been added or removed.

I'd appreciate suggestions on how to do it properly, thanks a lot.

Sunil
