Hi Sunil! After I've selected the apps button I go to the scroll area with right arrow and in there are either to sync all or only selected then a table of the apps! In there I just arrow down the list and each one has a check box and either uncheck or check each one! then when finished stop interacting with the scroll area and pick one of the other options if needed like ringtones and so on! When I'm done and go back to the source's table I get asked [because you've made changes to the Iphone would you like to sync now] or something like that, just vo space and let it do its thing and then eject! hth Colin
