Changing a library name in Bento for iPhone and Bento for Mac can be done using the following methods, which are similar or identical to standard methods used in other IOS and Mac apps when making such changes.
To change the name of your library in the Bento for iPhone App, do the following: 1. Go to the Bento home screen where your libraries are listed. 2. double-tap the "Edit" button located in the top right corner of the screen. This puts your list into edit mode. 3. navigate to the library whose name you wish to change, then swipe right once and you should hear VO announce the "more info" button for this library. 4. Double-tap the more info button. This will put you into the "edit library" screen for this library. 5. Navigate to the "library name" field and double-tap to begin editing it as you would any other IOS text field. 6. When done editing the library name, double-tap the button labeled "done" in the bottom right corner of the keyboard. This completes the process of changing the library name. To change the name of your library in the Bento for Mac App, do the following: 1. Make sure Bento's "Libraries and Fields Pane" is displayed. This pane is also known as the Source list, source pane, etc. You can toggle this pane from the view menu or by using the Command+5 keystroke. 2. Interact with the Source list. 3. Navigate to the library whose name you wish to change. 4. Press the Return key once to put the name into edit mode. VO should announce "contents selected." 5. Type the name you desire for your library and press return to complete the name change. HTH, Bryan 2.
