I, too, like the B&W products and, while I am not well educated on international issues, I've also had JVC. I do think the quality of the JVC dock for my previous 3GS was better than my current dock for the 4S.

Subject: IOS docking recommendations.

Greetings,

Perhaps this is hard to answer on an international list, but I am seeking suggestions about a dock for my iPhone. Last year I purchased a Logitech Pure-fi. I was very impressed with the size and sound, but would never recommend this device based on my experience. I believe I was gentle, but in a little over a year it stopped docking properly with my 3GS. It would not supply power to my phone or emit sound from it. Logitech customer service was excellent during the warrantee period, but I reluctantly concluded that Logitech docks are to fragile for my purposes.

Can anyone suggest a docking station that is durable, sounds good, and won't break the bank like the Bose model? I wouldn't mind springing for a Bose if the extra cost buys more than the company name.

TIA for any/all suggestions and best regards.
Geoff
