Hi Lynne. Using VoiceOver, you tap the home button twice to access the App Switcher. then, you double tap and hold on an App, until you hear a bubble-like sound (3 rapid, up-rising tones). then VoiceOver will say Editing Apps. Then double tap each App and you will hear the double tap click. Do this until you hear VoiceOver say: App Switcher has no items. Hope this helps. Lewis.
