Hello Lew & Sarah Firstly, I need to point out an error in Lew's info. The folder is actually called "SharedSupport", not "Shared". Until now, I haven't had the chance or the time to try this; but I am now doing so. I'll let you know how we get on.
Lew's info is very much based on the Apple article, and doesn't seem to reflect the actions you need to take if you're a VoiceOver user. He talks about dragging from the left pane to the right, etc. This, of course, doesn't apply if you're a blind person or, like me, somebody testing for accessibility of this operation. So, I'm going to do this the VoiceOver way, rather than the lazy way of using my eyes. Lynne On 22 Nov 2011, at 16:18, Sarah Alawami wrote: Uh, Actually I tried this and it did not work. Well it worked only once. and dragging for some reason didn't work with vo at the time I had to choose the source from the pop up menu that happened. when I control clicked the drive. It quit working after that. I booted in to it only once btw then after that it failed to show up as a start up disk so the pen drive¬ for me is a complete fail and I burned it on to dvd. Sure it takes 5 minutes to load but I got done what I got done faster. <--- Mac Access At Mac Access Dot Net ---> To reply to this post, please address your message to [email protected] You can find an archive of all messages posted to the Mac-Access forum at either the list's own dedicated web archive: <http://mail.tft-bbs.co.uk/pipermail/mac-access/index.html> or at the public Mail Archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/>.
