Yep this is easy! just do this : from any home screen just double click the home key and this brings up the app switcher and then find any app and double tap and hold on the last tap you will hear a sound and it say editing , then lift your finger and then just double tap on any app you don't want in the app switcher when finish just hit the home key once or twice and you are out of the app switcher. Now I say do this from any home page as this make sure any app that is running in the foreground is now in the switcher. But you can double tap the home key from anywhere to get to the app switcher just that any app in the foreground will not be in it. Also if taking all apps out of the switcher you can just double tap on the switcher to get out of the switcher if want to do it that way. HTH
