Hi, JB is not illegal it is just not Apple approved. This was settled in
court and it was found not to be illegal . Now it will void your warranty
but they don't know it is JB if you restore it back to factory settings as
this does away with all signs of JB ! JST

yeah there is no way to kill all apps from the app switcher. Only if you
jail break which I would not even though it is now legal as it will still
void your apple worantee.
