Hi Folks, This is another instance where I must be missing something obvious. Is there a key combo that can be pressed to force a link to open in a new browser window? For example, if I'm on the macworld.com homepage and am navigating through the list of stories and I decide I want to read one of those stories, I will normally want to open that story in a new window so I can just close the window when I'm done reading and be back at my original page with the VO cursor still sitting where I left it, ready to continue moving through the list of stories until I find another I'd like to read.
Usually I press VO+Shift+M to open a shortcut menu where I can select open in new window; however, it seems the shortcut menu rarely opens with that as a choice when my VO cursor is resting on a link. Most often I get the shortcut menu that starts with the "reload page" option. For the record, I don't like tabs and I prefer links to open in the same window by default unless I specifically tell them to open in a new window. . This is happening in both the latest safari and latest webkit builds running on the latest Lion. Any thoughts much appreciated.
