If you mean read forward and backwards by paragraph then it is shift vo page down and shift vo page up. . It will be slightly different if you are using a laptop key board. It will be shift vo and what ever keys you use to get the pate up and down function. Probably FN down arrow but I am not sure as I am not a laptop user.
