Yes, Sarah is correct.  Using  JAWS  on the pc you are able to "spool"
forward or back whilst in  Speak all mode.  This is very useful for skimming
through lengthy documents and quickly listening again to something that has
not sunk in properly (which happens often in my case!)

No I think he means literally rewind and fast forward. On some screen
readers you could hit the shift keys to move right and left while in say
all. I don't think this is possible. though with vo.
