Hello Christo, In TextEdit, you need to be interacting with the text area for the VO Find command to work. If you're using the standard Find command, then you have to switch windows to be back in the text where the result is highlighted.
As for attachments in Mail, you can interact with the message body and position yourself on the attachment, then do Command-y for Quick Look. Or you can save the attachment by interacting with the message headers and navigating right to the Save button. Press VO-Space to open this menu and press Return to select the option you want. You'll be in a dialogue box where you can choose what to call the item and where to put it.
