Hi there. I have a dm620 olympus digital recorder. I want to download and listen to files from audible. I first tried to copy them on my digital recorder from my mac. THey show up on the recorder but will not play and apparently it says it cnnot play the file and it is unknown. I called olympus and was told I need to have the files go into the music folder. Still had trouble so have been in touch with audible. THey say I cannot activate the olympus recorder on the mac so must use a pc and the audible manager software to do this so I did and it showed it was activated but it still will not play the files. The files can play on the mac so I know they downloaded okay. Any ideas or suggestions? THanks. Lovette
