Hi Mike, Upon initial launch, a dialog is presented where you can choose an existing account. Now on the my.magicjack.com site, my number is associated with my iPhone and MJ device. Presumably I will receive in-coming calls on the iPhone, but I've not yet had an opportunity to verify that.
This app does not insert a tab in your phone settings, so to change accounts you would launch the app, double tap the account tab-->advanced-->forget this device. Best regards. I have not yet received a call, but my wi-fi call quality seems fine, and the one time I tried placing a call on the 3G network with two bars, I didn't notice any difference except that it longer for the call to complete. I do not have a MagicJackPlus, but even for those who do, this app might be worth considering since it renders it possible to use the mobile phone without chewing up minutes.
