Hi Jim, It depends where you're looking, really. If you're looking in the favorites bar, then yes, by default, you only see the inbox and sent mailboxes. There's a button you can press in that bar to show a mailbox list, however. If you're using classic view, which you can set in preferences, then mail behaves as it did in Snow Leopard.
