Hello Bryan; please excuse the tardy response. Things are still hectic here.

because I was then able to charge my iphone and macbook using just the

between the wi-fi and USB connections. Of course, if you're looking to connect
more than one device to your hotspot, USB probably wouldn't be the first
choice. I didn't spend much time trying bluetooth, so can't offer an informed
opinion there.

I think that we would need to use either Blue Tooth or Wi-Fi for a number of
reasons. Gordon has a couple of external hard drives on his machine in the rest
bite home because that was the best way for us to store all our movies and
music so that he could get access on demand. The internal drive isn't large
enough for all that stuff; so the USB option is out.

I changed the Wi-Fi password from the default in the Hot Spot setup in the
iPhone's Settings>General>Network but for some reason the MacBook Pro refuses
to accept the password – even though it's correctly entered. Blue Tooth seems
to be more problematic, it tries to connect, sits there for about 10 to 30
seconds and then fails. I got it paired properly; but since that was done as I
said the connection won't work for whatever reason.

• Please give my best to Gordon for his health,

Thank you; I will do that when I go up to see him shortly. Unfortunately his
rehab won't allow us to bring him home for Easter.
