Not that I'm aware of, reason, Not all of them are downloaded from itunes. Some of the podcast I subscribe to are from external sourcdes such as podbean and nasa itself. so I don't think there is a way for all podcasts to wynch across all devices with icloud. You can use itunes sharing though to play your podcasts from your computer.
