I'll ask the question again because I'm slightly confused by all the responses 
here.

I'm not talking about "Backing Up" Podcasts in the iCloud, I'm talking about 
using the iCloud to sync devices with podcasts.

For example, suppose you subscribe to the Blind Cool Tech podcast on say an 
iPhone which uses your iCloud account then this subscription is not mirrored in 
the Cloud, that is to say that for every device you want to hear the Blind Cool 
Tech podcast on wil have to be subscribed to that podcast feed manually so 
here's the question, does anyone know of any way - using what's provided to us 
on our IOS devices etc - to allow the syncing of Podcast subscriptions through 
the iCloud so you can subscribe to a podcast feed on one device and have your 
other devices attached to your iCloud account mirror that subscription.
